aladom was created in France to help people to find home services providers.
In 2006, after wasting hours to look for baby-sitters to take care of my kids, I decided to launch a web site that would make it easy to connect people for all kind of services at home (child care, cleaning, house work...).
4 years after we were able in France to have a list of 50 000 people ready to help others throughout France.
We then decided to go internationnal and to open aladom in the USA. We are working on it and today is a big day : we have a brand new server in Baltimore and a first verion of aladom.com
There is still a lot to do but we wanted to say hello american world.
